About Hipel Construction

A family business, now building inside your home.

Hipel Construction grew out of a family’s years of outdoor building. We bring the same planning, coordination and care to renovations for Kitchener, Waterloo and neighbouring communities.

Our story

Built on stone, grown with family.

The family business behind Hipel Pools grew from Landscape Advantage, founded by Kadison in Kitchener in 2018. It began with interlocking stone, patios, walkways and retaining walls before expanding into pool building in 2019. Brothers Kadison and Jayden went on to build the business together.

That outdoor-building background now includes more than 250 pools and outdoor living spaces delivered through Hipel Pools. Hipel Construction was founded through Kadison and Jayden’s success there, bringing their planning, coordination and attention to detail into home renovations.

How we got here

  1. 2018

    Landscape Advantage

Kadison started Landscape Advantage in Kitchener, building interlocking stone patios, walkways and retaining walls.

  2. 2019

    Pools join the work

The family business grew into pool building, working through Hipel Pools.

  3. Today

    Hipel Construction

Founded from that success, with a focus on renovations inside Waterloo Region homes.

What carries over

Outdoor experience, applied indoors with care.

01
Project planning
Sequencing crews, deliveries and inspections outdoors taught us to map a job before the first tool comes out.
02
Trade coordination
Many trades share one site. Keeping them in the right order, on the right day, is a skill we carry indoors.
03
Levels and layouts
Setting grades and square layouts for stonework builds the habit of measuring twice for tile, cabinetry and framing.
04
Detail finishing
Clean edges and tight joints matter on a patio and matter more beside a vanity or a stair.
05
Water and drainage
Outdoor drainage experience helps us recognise moisture risks. It does not replace bathroom waterproofing or building-code requirements: indoor work needs room-specific materials and methods.
06
Specialists and occupied homes
Plumbing and electrical work need the appropriate specialist trades. Renovations also mean planning protection, access and cleanup around a home you may still be living in.
